Professional Biography
My primary expertise is in family law matters with particular emphasis on child care work including cases of serious abuse (physical, sexual, emotional), child abduction and adoption. I am instructed on behalf of public bodies and private individuals and I welcome instructions on a publicly funded basis.
My practice is nationwide and I appear in Courts throughout England and Wales. Additionally I have an extensive referral practice in the Court of Appeal and I have appeared in the House of Lords. Through the cases that have conducted I have acquired a highly specialised knowledge of medical matters affecting as a result I also accept instructions in criminal cases involving children when offences
of homicide, sexual abuse and cruelty are alleged.
