Professional Biography
Oliver Peirson is a well established Family and Civil practitioner. In Family work, he deals with Matrimonial finance including high worth cases involving companies , partnerships, pension sharing, non disclosure and disposal of assets. Child care cases have involved all aspects of physical and sexual abuse cases, non accidental injury cases and adoption, acting for individuals and Guardians in public and private law work. In Civil work, he deals with Employment, Personal Injury, Contract, Property and has a particular interest in procedural issues, especially those arising from the Civil Procedure Rules.
