Feedback from Clients/Publications

Chambers and Partners directory rates him in the top tier of their list of “Leaders at the Bar”.  The 2010 edition states "He is a craftsman who performs his advocacy with a flourish" and is    "... much sought after ..." and, "who for many is the counsel of choice in ancillary relief matters"

The 2009 edition states Pump Court Chambers' large team of family practitioners includes the esteemed Edward Boydell.  He remains sought after for his hands-on and constructive attitude, and is mostly seen handling money matters.  Cool and claim in court, he combines this aspect of his practice with co-ownership, inheritance, public and private children work.

The 2008 edition states that he has an “unerring ability to predict how any judge will move on particular issues, which may be based on his own part-time experience of sitting on the bench. His “extraordinarily thorough analyses” in matrimonial finance cases continue to be remarked upon, but for some solicitors “his best feature is his low-key approach.”

The 2007 edition observed that he is "an excellent negotiator and original thinker”.
