Charles Gabb
Professional Biography
Charles Gabb has covered every type of serious offence both for the Defence and for the Crown Prosecution Service in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. He is a specialist Jury Advocate. His current workload includes lengthy conspiracy trials which require careful case management and the ability to work with other agencies as a team player. In addition, he is approved to receive instructions from H.M. Customs and Excise and has defended military personnel in Courts Martial hearings. He has a particular interest in Animal Litigation and successfully prosecuted in the Mary Chipperfield case concerning animal cruelty.
