Property and Planning
Members of the Property Team provide advice and representation not only in the courts but also in tribunals such as the LVT and the Adjudicator to the Land Registry. Areas of work covered include adverse possession, easements, conveyancing issues and disputes, landlord and tenant (business and residential, including leasehold enfranchisement), nuisance, restrictive covenants, trespass to land and trusts of land and professional negligence claims related to these areas.
